On July 7th, 2018, American Legion Post 19 hosted a flag retirement ceremony. We thank everyone that participated and attended the ceremony. Post 19 Legion officers Abe Revira, Randy Faircloth, Jim Simpson, Billy Lucas, and JR Balog officiated the ceremony along with American Legion District II of Kansas Commander, Marri Krupco, Vice Commander, Jeff Barber, and Boy Scout Troops 88 and 888. The Gardner Fire Department and members of our community were also in attendance.
