Fill out the application at your convenience and bring it to the post with you! You may submit your application one of two ways, mail it to: American Legion LeRoy Hill Post 19, PO Box 372, Gardner, KS 66030 or bring it in person to our Post. If you are wanting to apply to the Auxiliary, do not mail your application, you are requested to bring it in person to our Post. Each of the applications below are in Adobe PDF format.

Dues for the American Legion are $40 per year.
All applications must include the Annual Dues and a copy of your DD 214 or your current Military ID card.
Senior Dues – $20 (over age 18)
Junior Dues – $3.50 (birth to age 18)
New member Auxiliary applications/dues and current member dues can be mailed to:

Sons Dues are $20 per year.
A friendly reminder that Membership Renewal Dues are payable by 12/31 each year. Please remember if you do not renew your membership your privileges will be suspended and your access card will be de-activated. We encourage you to renew your membership in order to continue your years of service recognition in your American Legion.
If you have served federal active duty in the United States Armed Forces during any of the war eras listed below, and have been honorably discharged or are still serving — you are eligible for membership in The American Legion!

*Because eligibility dates remain open, all members of the U.S. Armed Forces are eligible to join The American Legion at this time, until the date of the end of hostilities as determined by the government of the United States.
U.S. Merchant Marine eligible only from December 7, 1941 to December 31, 1946 (WWII).
